Original German Pre-War HJ Aluminum Belt Buckle RZM Marked M4/27 By Overhoff & Cie
This is an original German WWII H-Youth (H-Jugend) aluminum belt buckle manufactured by Overhoff & Cie., Lüdenscheid.
Constructed of lightweight aluminum, the buckle features the classic Hitler Youth emblem consisting of the HJ diamond surmounted by a national eagle, surrounded by the raised motto "Blut und Ehre" ("Blood and Honor"). The design remains well defined, with sharp details to the eagle, HJ diamond, and surrounding lettering. The smooth aluminum surface displays honest age-related wear, scratches, and handling marks.
The reverse retains its original aluminum catch, prongs, and retaining bar, all remaining secure and fully functional. The reverse is clearly marked with the RZM roundel and M4/27, identifying production by Overhoff & Cie., one of the known wartime buckle manufacturers.
Condition overall is excellent.
