An original German WWII Wehrmacht infantry training manual titled “Ausbildungsvorschrift für die Infanterie (A.V.I.)” (Infantry Training Regulations), designated H.Dv. 130/2a. This example is Heft 2a – Die Schützenkompanie (“The Rifle Company”) and was printed in 1942.
The manual covers the organization, training, and combat instruction of the German infantry rifle company, including weapons handling, loading procedures, infantry drill, machine pistol instruction, machine gun operation, and field training methods used by the Wehrmacht during WWII.
