This rare and authentic WWI styled web canvas pouch is and marked "J.Q.M.D 1942" on the underside of the closure flap. The pouch is faded and stained due to use and long term storage. Both snaps and belt hanger are still intact and functioning. Most likely made before the M1942 pattern field dressing pouch.
Condition is still very good.
