Original U.S. WWII M1910 Pattern Field Dressing Pouch by J.Q.M.D. 1942The field dressing pouch is designed to carry a sterile bandage, serving as a basic first aid for immediate wound care on the battlefield. Typically one is carried on a equipment belt for easy access.
This rare and authentic WWI styled web canvas pouch is and marked "J.Q.M.D 1942" on the underside of the closure flap. The pouch is faded and stained due to use and long term storage. Both snaps and belt hanger are still intact and functioning. Most likely made before the M1942 pattern field dressing pouch.
Condition is still very good.
