This is a blank award certificate for the German WWII Luftwaffe Honor Goblet (Ehrenpokal für besondere Leistung im Luftkrieg), one of the more prestigious early-to-mid war Luftwaffe decorations. The embossed Luftwaffe eagle and wreath can be seen in the paper when viewed at an angle.
Measures approximately: 20.96cm x 30.48cm (8.25" x 12"). The award is embossed on the bottom right corner. There is some light staining and a few creases.
