This is a blank award certificate for the German WWII Long Service Award, 4th Class, in SS-Verfügungstruppe. The SS-Verfügungstruppe was the military branch of the SS that later became the Waffen SS.
Measures approximately: 20.96cm x 30.48cm (8.25" x 12"). There are some faint creases and light light staining. The bottom left corner is embossed.
