Shipping & Deliveries
We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days, with shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us directly before placing the order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation and additional insurance. If this applies to your order, we will notify you.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order total and delivery address. We strive to ship using the most cost-effective method and will adjust your invoice if we can reduce the shipping cost prior to finalizing your order.

Please note that once your package is shipped, we have no control over its journey. We are not responsible for packages redirected during transit or for delays beyond the estimated delivery time. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier(s) to file a claim for reimbursement. However, if a package is stolen after delivery, we are not responsible, as shipping carriers do not provide reimbursement for theft once the package is delivered to the correct address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer. We always strive to ship using the most cost-effective and reliable method available, and we will adjust your invoice if we are able to reduce shipping costs prior to finalizing your order. For high-value shipments, we may require signature confirmation and additional insurance coverage. If this applies to your order, we will contact you prior to shipment.

If a package is refused and returned to us, any unpaid customs fees or taxes will be deducted from your refund, along with a 15% restocking fee. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process to ensure that all customs and duties charges have been properly reconciled.
