Original U.S. WWII / Korean War-Era M1923 M1 Garand Cartridge Belt
M1 Garand cartridge belts were a web gear item issued to American soldiers during World War II and the Korean War, specifically designed to carry ammunition for the M1 Garand rifle, the standard U.S. infantry rifle of the time.
This authentic canvas belt is marked "U.S." on the front and very faintly marked on the back. We believe this belt is more so Korean War-era due to the type of faint markings on the back. It does show minor wear and fading throughout. All lift-the-dot snaps are in good working order; there is some oxidation on some of the snaps. The buckle hardware is intact and shows some wear.
