Unissued Original German WWII Luftwaffe M40 Single Decal Helmet hkp64- This unissued original German WWII Luftwaffe M40 Single Decal Helmet, produced by hkp (Sächsische Emaillier- und Stanzwerke A.G., Lauter), sized 64 it exhibits minor rust spots on the exterior of the Luftwaffe blue textured paint, acquired over years of storage.

Remarkably preserved, the 2nd model Luftwaffe decal remains approximately 98% intact, with only minor chips, a testament to the helmet's pristine condition despite the passage of time.

Internally, the leather liner is in near mint to excellent condition, marked size 56, reflecting its unissued status. Complete with the original drawstring.

While regrettably missing the leather chinstrap, this does little to diminish the overall appeal of this Luftwaffe M40 helmet. Presented in very good to excellent condition, it offers a captivating addition to any WWII collection and stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of Luftwaffe aviation history.
